dredmann666Great Manchester Run 10k done and dusted. Almost ran the perfect race 😊 Pace was on point and pretty much consistent apart from when I stopped to have some water… I can never run and drink without choking and then a little later having a gel. dredmann666Today was race day. I participated in what probably was the first free mass participated closed road running event as part of 6000+ runners taking part in Warrington Running Festival.
