#3DPrinter

Makers of the fediverse. What are the options on the market for a #3DPrinter as a replacement (or complement) to a Bambu P1S? It needs to do multi material support (i.e. like the Bambu AMS), as well as the more advanced filaments like TPU. Quality needs to be as good as a Bambu printer. Bonus if the build plate is big enough for a 300mm x 300mm print.

What printers should we be looking at with these requirements?

Just about starting to crest back about the mental waterline and reappear here. So the thing I’m most keen to say is -> These are outrageously fun. Callie’s got me annoying herself with chat on them in the background after posting me some and I cannot tell you how hard it was to bring a critical voice to them, despite having the most critical of eyes. They’re fantastic #minis and if you’re sat on a #3DPrinter get on these.

I don't suppose anyone in or near #rdguk wants a #reprap #3dPrinter ?

I built mine years ago, and I've barely used it since. It worked well, last time I used it, but it needs a bit of fettling if you want to print over the whole bed area (there's a bearing mounting that needs to be printed and fitted).

Got my son's #3Dprinter setup that he's had for a while but we had nowhere to put it. Bit fiddly to get going as we don't know what we're doing, and I suspect because it's a budget one. Me snapping off a cleaning prodder in the nozzle and not being able to get the nozzle off didn't help. But so much fun once it's working!
And I reckon will be useful too - looks like I'll be printing a rack-mount for my router once I get a big roll of filament.
