In den 1970er Jahren galt es unter Linken als ausgemacht, dass das "Sozialwesen" in der "bürgerlichen Gesellschaft" notwendig sei, um die Funktionen des <a href="https://federation.network/tags/kapitalistischen" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#kapitalistischen</a> Produktions und Reproduktionsprozesses samt Ausbeutungsverhältnissen und Profit Produktion zu gewährleisten. Der bürgerliche Staat, so die damalige Vorstellung, hat als "Herz-Lungen-Mascine des Kapitals" diese SozialFUNKTION zu gewährleisten. Man Unterschied bezüglich Realisierung der <a href="https://federation.network/tags/SOZIALFUNKTION" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#SOZIALFUNKTION</a> zwei "Varianten", eine eher restriktive (Thatcherismus, Reagonomics, Chicago Boys) und eine andere langfristige Variante (Sozialdemokratie). Beides Ausdruck bürgerlicher Herrschaftsformen. Was damals unbeachtet blieb: Diese <a href="https://federation.network/tags/sozialökonomische" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#sozialökonomische</a> Analyse hat das <a href="https://federation.network/tags/Soziale" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Soziale</a>, die <a href="https://federation.network/tags/Beziehungen" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Beziehungen</a>, das <a href="https://federation.network/tags/Menschliche" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Menschliche</a> zu kurz gefasst bzw. im Kern gar nicht beschrieben. Die bahnbrechenden Werke des französisch-litauischen Philosophen Emmanuel Lévinas waren gerade erschienen, nur sehr wenige verstanden damals seine Analysen. Damals wurde noch kaum zur Kenntnis genommen, dass <a href="https://federation.network/tags/Beziehungen" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Beziehungen</a> zum <a href="https://federation.network/tags/Nächsten" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Nächsten</a> das Wichtigste sind, also dem Nächsten bedingungslos zu helfen, für ihn einfach Dazusein, füreinander <a href="https://federation.network/tags/Einzustehen" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Einzustehen</a>, <a href="https://federation.network/tags/barmherzig" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#barmherzig</a>, <a href="https://federation.network/tags/gütig" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#gütig</a>, <a href="https://federation.network/tags/geschwisterlich" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#geschwisterlich</a> zu handeln, dass dies alles den absoluten Kern des <a href="https://federation.network/tags/Menschlichen" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Menschlichen</a> ausmacht. Dem Staat, ob "bürgerlich-libertär", faschistisch oder stalinistisch kann auf diesem Hintergrund (1) entweder die Aufgabe zukommen, die "Wolfsnatur" (Hobbes) des Menschen zu zähmen, Friede wäre dann nur ein Waffenstillstand im Gleichgewicht des Schreckens. Oder (2) ein gerechter Staat sein, der die bedingungslose Liebe zum Nächsten angesichts vieler Nächster geschwisterlich gerecht begrenzt. Friede wäre aus dieser Sicht ewig im Sinne Kants. Und nicht nur ein schnöder Waffenstillstand. Mit diesem Staatskonzept lässt sich Politik neu realisieren. Nicht als GEGENKRAFT zu den Faschisten, es braucht dazu keine Kraftanstrengung, Gewalt braucht es beim Konzept des Hobbes'schen Wolfsstaates. Man kann die Güte und Geschwisterlichkeit zulassen, einfach so, es braucht kein Training, es ist das eigentlich Menschliche im Menschen. In einem gerechten Staat kann Hass nicht geduldet werden, sind <a href="https://federation.network/tags/Flüchtlinge" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Flüchtlinge</a> HERZLICH willkommen, wird dem Nächsten grosszügig gegeben, stehen echte Fürsorge und der ständige Ausbau des Sozialwesens im Mittelpunkt staatlichen Handelns. Der gerechte Staat wird echter Menschlichkeit gerecht. Utopie? Ja klar. Wecken wir die Gesellschaft aus ihrem antiutopischen Schlaf!
