It is an offence to photograph anyone in or using a restroom, and it’s a jailing offence to doxx that person by posting their image online. I strongly suspect some stalker doing this could be rewarded with a physical lesson in manners from a fit person with martial arts training. Horrifying and dangerous ruling.
There are laws criminalising women for making choices concerning their bodily autonomy.
There are laws about only using a birth name for voting records which again will affect women.
Now there are laws against trans people, the medication and treatment they can no longer have.
To date, I have not seen a single law curtailing the rights of any men, especially Caucasian men.

Having your concerns dismissed in the ER is nothing new to most of us, especially women and marginalized individuals. Misogyny, ableism and discrimination are far more rampant in healthcare settings than we want to believe.
It’s even worse if you’re black. Misogynoir, which is the term given to the sexism and racism experienced by black women, is a serious issue in America. Black women are three times more likely to die in pregnancy because their pregnancy related concerns are frequently dismissed.
This intersection of sexism and racism creates an exceedingly dangerous situation, and it only gets worse in states with abortion bans.

Adriana Smith was failed by the medical system. She attempted to access healthcare for severe headaches, and the ER sent her home. They dismissed her, as they’ve done to countless other women.
The next day she was pronounced brain dead, and due to Georgia’s strict abortion ban, placed on organ and tissue support without the consent of her family.

Adriana Smith was a 30 Year old pregnant, black woman who tried to seek medical care for severe headaches.
She was dismissed and sent home with brain bleeds
She died the next day. She’s suffered brain death, yet her body is being kept alive because she was 9 weeks pregnant.
One of the first questions I had was whether she had an Advance Directive or DNR, as healthcare workers know how important those documents are.
Did you know only EIGHT US States allow pregnant people full autonomy over what happens in the case of catastrophic illness or injury?
The rest can (and do) overrule the patient’s wishes.
Pregnancy is dangerous. Women have been stripped of their autonomy in life AND death.
