Juggling With EggsI received an email today from the head teacher of my kid’s federated junior and infant school regarding a considerable cut in places in Reception next year because essentially the local <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/birthrate" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#birthrate</a> has plummeted. When my kids joined in Reception in 2019 there were 4 classes of 30 kids. There has been a tapering off of numbers ever since, so much so that they will only have 3 classes of 30 next year. 120 down to 90. Tonight I see people on <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/BBCQT" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#BBCQT</a> considering a <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/Reform" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Reform</a> government. ???

I did wonder if, after the election, they'd put on the Greens more but it seems as though they're still in thrall to Reform (as Tice was also on earlier). Sadly, they'll still willing to be mouthpieces for the likes of garage.
