They know that the words of US and Israel is not even worth a dog fart so they want to sign an agreement with international backers in order to have some kind of guarantees. I've been discussing with colleagues (psychologists, cognitive/social scientists) how difficult it is to "de-program" a deeply un-woke cultist who believes all the narrative and will reject anything coming from "those people"- a la "cognitive dissonance", helped by nonstop #disinformation &/or "confirmation bias".
