Good morning and happy Thursday!

As it's wicked cold, I drove my oldest into school today before going into work. Prior to going, I had to heat up and scrape the morning frost off my car. I had two scrapers, so my oldest offered to help out. I was like, "Sure."

I scraped my entire side and the windshield and one window on their side. They scraped two windows.

Conversation -
Little MDMRN: How are you doing this so fast?
Me: I've been doing this since I was 16, I've got the experience to bang it out.

Cold weather comfort hack!

If you have an air filter/respirator with both a soft gasket and a hard shell, stick it behind your face mask/balaclava when weather gets cold! You don't need the filter or even the straps if the face mask holds it in place.

The gasket keeps your breath from sneaking up around the gap below your eyes, helping keep your glasses from fogging. 😎

AND the frame will keep that icky combination of damp/frozen cloth away from your mouth and nose. 😰

Pictured is the base of a Flo Mask, though any similar construction should work.

#maga #reality #check all sorts of #angry white male voters from around the country expressing anger at having "made plans" traveled and spent lots of money to be at the #inaguration but are shut out. They are incredulous that #coldweather would have prevented the great day as #farmers and other hard working folk are not concerned about the cold. Lesson 1 - he got your votes; lesson 2 - you no longer matter. Try it on and see how it fits - vote against them next time. The worst is still to come!
