Michelle<p>I was "in the field" (doing research) with folks in the Ottawa valley who produce and source organic foods locally in 2019. People talked about connections with others, environmental issues in production and transportation, health issues, and food security/food sovereignty. I am thinking about those people now as we enter this trade war. They are ready. They have tapped into the bounty locally - and there is bounty!
