Bien commun d'un groupement de plus de 80 personnes physiques et morales, le Domaine du Bois-Bas, hameau du village de Minerve, abrite depuis 2017 la petite fédération locale qui l'anime : la Commune du Maquis. Parmi les collectifs fédérés, l'association Étais d'Émancipation a pour activité principale l'établissement d'un centre documentaire anarchiste en milieu rural. Ces dernières années, nous avons également pu accueillir huits éditions des « Rencontres du Maquis pour l'Émancipation » et bientôt trois éditions de l'évènement nommé « De Varennes à Little BigHorn... Et de quelques suites ! »
