The Finnish #FurIndustry circumvents the #EU sanctions against #Russia.

Because of the #sanctions, it is forbidden to export #fur _products_ to Russia, so the industry here has started to export the skins.

The export of mink skins has even grown after the #war started.

@nordicwolf @naomiohreally true, but the industry is becoming increasingly marginalised as more countries adopt bans.
Sadly production is due to resume in Denmark this year after suspension due to Covid, but only a handful of the original 1000+ mink producers want to restart their cruel business.
