The Rock Garden Guardian.

Some other angles of the rock pillar. Liked the textures in the profile, and originally planned for the rear view to be black and white, but the orange lichen vanished, so it's in colour.

$A pillar of eroding stone, with a large square-faced boulder on top, fills the centre of this portrait in black and white. The stone pillar is fractured and eroded, with lines vertically and horizontally in the surfaces. A tiny stone under the topmost boulder gives it a noticeable slant to the left. Steep rock embankment behind with coastal grasses clinging to the stony ground.$

$A rear view of the Rock Guardian/rock pillar, it's back criss crossed with fracture lines in all directions. Orange lichen clings to the uppermost 'head' boulder, contrasting it's otherwise all grey appearance. A pale blue sky with faint clouds above and left; the water in the distance calm, reflecting the blue sky. Small shellfish cling to the lower rock nearer the waterline.$
