Asked about Medicaid and SNAP cuts killing people, Joni Ernst replied: 'Well we all are going to die' then smirks and grins.

“People will die,” a woman shouted at the stage as Ernst answered one of several questions about the cuts.

“...we all are going to die, so for heaven’s sake,” Ernst said with a smirk in a response that was met by further shouts and jeering from the crowd.
