The second collaboration between qawwali maestro Khan and Canadian Michael Brook deepened the fusion of musical hemispheres. Khan’s vocal improvisations take fuller flight than on the earlier Mustt Mustt, balanced by Brook’s sympathetic (and painstakingly edited) multitrack arrangements.
