My Friday🌱 Es ist Freitag. Klimafreitag. Heute mal mit einem sehr simplen Klimaschritt - einfach mal anders kochen! Gibt’s bei dir auch häufiger Spaghetti Bolognese 🍝, weil sie schlicht mega-lecker ist? Wie wär's, wenn du sie mal vegan kochst? Das geht ganz leicht mit veganem Hack - oder alternativ mit Linsen. Wie das klappt und schmeckt haben wir für dich ausprobiert.👩‍🍳 Unser Fazit: Das Hack aus Erbsen sah nicht nur fast so aus wie Hackfleisch vom Rind. Es ließ sich auch genauso gut anbraten und seine Konsistenz erinnerte im Mund wirklich an Hackfleisch. Für den Geschmack sorgten Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Möhren und Tomatenpüree – wie ja in klassischer Bolognese mit Fleisch eigentlich auch.Mittlerweile gibt es im Kühlregal oder bei den Trockenprodukten zig Varianten solcher Fleischalternativen. Und die werden immer besser. Bei der Auswahl helfen der <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/Nutriscore" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Nutriscore</a> und die Zutatenliste. Dabei gilt in der Regel: je kürzer, desto besser.Alternativ kannst du so eine Bolognese auch super mit Linsen kochen.
