#OpenMandriva Lx 6.0 erstmals mit Server-Edition.

#OpenMandriva, eine von der #Community herausgegebene Weiterführung von #Mandrake und #Mandriva #Linux, kommt in zwei Geschmacksrichtungen.

OpenMandriva Lx ist der stabile Zweig der seit 2012 veröffentlichten #Distribution. Seit 2023 stellt OpenMandriva Rome den Rolling-Release-Zweig des Projekts dar.

#OpenMandriva Association President sent an e-mail to Lunduke.

Lunduke being the only source makes it untrustworthy, but they seem to double down on the forum and the 'WokeOS' shell mentioned below, is real and served from lindev.ch.

The e-mail (probably not in order or in full):

"We are, of course, a Linux based project (sadly, currently there's nothing else with the same level of hardware support), so we certainly use some code from the woke crowd - but in our own project, we're pretty much the opposite."

It works perfectly for me, but of course I’m so used to it that I probably wouldn’t notice if something was odd. Your English sucks way less than my Polish. :wink:
Quoting jfmherokiller's reply: as somone from the other side of the aisle (eg im the rare gay furry) I honestly want a distro that is “quiet” because all the virtue signaling hurts our side as well. Bero: Welcome. Nobody here (or at least nobody I’m aware of) hates you or “your side”. Many of us have issues with those trying to force everyone to one side, or with excessive virtue signaling. And we’re pro-Free Speech – if someone wants to say there’s only 2 genders, that’s fine (and probably the majority opinion), if someone wants to say there’s 1000, that’s fine too. It only becomes a problem when one side starts accusing the other of being bigots/nazis/whatever. People are absolutely free to disagree and even make fun of the “other side”. It’s funny how a lot of those who make “Diversity” one of their main key words don’t realize that diversity of opinion is part of the diversity they really should be pushing for.
