Cette distinction entre eau de consommation et eau de cuisson me parait complètement surréaliste en ce qui concerne les PFAS. Il y a comme un hic, bref

Bien lire les étiquettes (ce qui est écrit en tout petit)! Ne pas choisir des poêles pour lesquelles il y a un quelconque revêtement : si on prend de l’inox, s’assurer qu’il est mentionné « non revêtu ». Les fabricants diront que tant que le revêtement est intact, pas de risque mais c’est faux : d’une part ça relargue des PFAs en chauffant, d autre part ça en émet tout au long du process de fabrication. De même se méfier pour la céramique.
