Once I sent a letter to a new journal that had never received or published one and needed time to think about it. Right now <a href="https://fediscience.org/tags/SocialMedia" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>SocialMedia</span></a> takes up this slack and does a pretty good job.
