Toulon Var Déplacements<p>Le conducteur avait alors bien conscience d'être entré en collision avec un fauteuil roulant sur un passage piéton, mais ne considère pas ça comme une raison suffisante pour s'arrêter et demander si tout va bien.<br>La personne en fauteuil va bien, et le conducteur peut en être bien content, vu qu'on connaît sa plaque d'immatriculation. À vérifier si le fauteuil a subi des dégradations. Toulon Var Déplacements<p>Observé il y a quelques minutes sur le rond-point de Bazeilles à Toulon :</p><p>Un fauteuil roulant traverse la route sur le passage piéton. Une voiture (de type SUV, quoi d'autre) lui rentre dans la roue avant en passant. Ça fait un bruit, le fauteuil s'arrête. Jena Warrior Princess<p>The Hu + Heilung - </p><p>Sur le site du festival South of Heaven, qui commence le lendemain, et bien que tout le staff sur place porte un très beau t-shirt aux couleurs South of Heaven, le concert de ce soir n'en fait pas partie.&nbsp;</p><p>Dans ma vie de fan de Radiohead ou de Sigur Rós, entre autres, j'ai organisé un bon nombre de voyages exprès pour des concerts, et il y a quelques années j'ai tiré la conclusion que même si je suis parfois très émue par un belle performance scénique, je paie aussi un prix à la fois en fatigue et en argent, et je n'étais plus très sûre que je voulais le faire. J'ai ralenti les concerts, même à proximité, avec la pandémie. Le périple de ces quelques jours est donc une énorme entorse à cette règle que je ne me suis pas vraiment imposée, et je pense que je ne pourrai en faire un bilan qu'après avoir récupéré.</p><p>En arrivant j'ai été frappée par deux éléments qui contribuent à mon affection pour les Pays-Bas. Le premier, devant l'entrée sur site du festival, il y a un grand parking vélo, et le parking voiture est à cent mètres environ. pas de bruits de moteur, seulement la musique. Le second, c'est l'atmosphère : alors que nous faisons la queue pour le contrôle des billets puis la fouille réglementaire, les gens patientent avec le sourire. Les contrôles sont détendus, les vigiles que j'ai l'habitude de voir pathibulaires sont souriants, patients, pas de tri sexué parce que pas de palpation. Le climat de peur permanente instauré par l'état d'urgence habituel, les militaires armés dans les rues, les rappels de faire attention au pickpockets, maintenant remplacés par les rappels que si vous oubliez vos courses une équipe de démineurs viendra boucler tout le secteur. Monstres &amp; Compagnie était visionnaire. Bref j'ai beaucoup apprécié ce contraste.</p><p>J'avais prévu des billets PMR pour mon époux·e et moi, et des billets valides pour son frère, et pour mon amoureuse qui n'a malheureusement pas pu venir avec nous. Nous nous sommes dirigées par la plateforme prévue pour les personnes handicapées, qui offre une bonne vue de la scène, même si un peu lointaine, où quelques personnes en fauteuil roulant étaient déjà installées. Mais pour nous, qui marchons avec des cannes et ne pouvons pas rester debout longtemps, rien. Je me suis donc missionnée d'aller trouver deux chaises. Je pensais que ce serait simple, et ça a été un sacré casse-tête : j'ai demandé à la sécurité, qui est une société extérieure, qui m'a dirigée pars le staff qui s'occupe du contrôle des billets, qui n'en savait rien et qui était logiquement bien occupé par leur monotâche. Personne n'a su mettre la main tout de suite sur le personnel de secours médical, ce qui est inquiétant mais pas urgent. On m'a indiqué une personne plus âgée qui semblait en charge, qui a envoyé des messages, passé des appels, sans rien trouver mais qui est venue avec moi près d'une table afin que je puisse m'asseoir pendant qu'elle faisait ses recherches. Bon, j'ai ouvert le hiroyasu, car j'avais entendu un cliquetis (plus ou moins rapide selon que le micro soit branché ou pas)

Et j'ai ce relais qui claque sans interruption le jqc 3ff s z

Quelle pourrait en être la cause ?

Et sans savoir si il y a un lien, j'ai l'appareil qui chauffe légèrement même quand il n'est pas mis sous tension pour fonctionner
