Melkior's Mansion is a free, action-packed adventure game reminiscent of the classic ZX Spectrum games of the 80s. Melkhior, the great sorcerer and protagonist of the Castle Knight Lore tales, now spends his last years alone in a decrepit but curious old manor house. Legend speaks of sorcery, spells and superstition within its walls. Unfortunately, things have gone awry. A spell designed to tame the entities living downstairs went horribly, horribly wrong. Evil spread throughout the manor, and the underground was unleashed...

KeeperRL is a game mixing tactical RPG and dungeon building (free ncurses version, commercial graphic content) with several game modes: Keeper (Keeper, close to Dungeon Keeper, the player embodies the evil wizard helped by his henchmen building and defending his subterrains and sowing terror in the surroundings, or Adventurer (its Dwarf Fortress side, the player embodies the kind adventurer setting out to assault subterrains designed, defended and managed by other players, or left in the hands of AIs, via its online subterrain sharing feature).
