Yesterday I was booking a train trip for a group of 6 from <a href="https://social.data.coop/tags/Copenhagen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Copenhagen</a> to <a href="https://social.data.coop/tags/Karlsruhe" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Karlsruhe</a> via <a href="https://social.data.coop/tags/Hamburg" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Hamburg</a> and back.It's going to be a proper one with night trains both ways (<a href="https://social.data.coop/tags/Sn%C3%A4llt%C3%A5get" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Snälltåget</a> and <a href="https://social.data.coop/tags/Nightjet" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Nightjet</a>).But the best part is the train from Hamburg to Karlsruhe: The cheapest option was on 1st class. We got 6 seats around 2 tables across from each other, and... Literally 1 meter from the <a href="https://rail.chat/@diningcar" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@diningcar</a> section of the same carriage!

Interrail is accepted, but a seat reservation is required. I like the wooden look of the modernised carriages. There are many people on this international connection. However, the train terminates in Malmö already. The announcements are only in Swedish, despite the many tourists around us. They seem confused, also by the lack of visual information... Before the Storebælt bridge made train rides fast.
