Highly suspicious that in these, you know, times, EA has chosen to release content that's clearly intended for Pride Month... in April.
I'm guessing to avoid scrutiny in June ? Or because they know another EO is coming ? In any case, I can only see it as a sign that there will be nothing for Pride Month this year coming from EA. It's a type of "obeying in advance" that I hadn't seen yet from a company : we still support... but we also do it when it's less symbolic.

A screenshot of the 20 new assets added to The Sims 4 in a free update yesterday, most of them featuring pride-colored clothes or items, or, at the very least, queer-coded content (like a new type of drag-like makeup, shown her on a male-looking frame).

Sto valutando se recuperare le riedizioni di TheSims uscite nei giorni scorsi per l’anniversario. Mai giocati, sempre percepiti come #videogiochi sopravvalutati o meglio, non ho mai colto il valore di quel gameplay da badante.
Senza l’effetto nostalgia, lo sconsigliereste spingendomi sulla versione #TheSims 4 più recente? (l'edizione base, con tutti i dlc pare costi più di €1000).
Come dovrei affrontarli, come ruolo in cui riproduco mio alter ego o come allevamento “pokémon”?

Interestingly each individual bundle also comes with... TS4 content !

TS1 comes with the "Throwback Fit Kit" : help.ea.com/en/help/the-sims/t

TS2 comes with the "Grunge Revival Kit" : help.ea.com/en/help/the-sims/t

That's an odd choice imho. But given the value of TS4's kits, it's not even a great gift.

Okay I opened the EA App just to see what we're dealing with here, and it's not the worst pricing I've seen, especially accounting for the fact that, you know, it's EA. But yeah, it looks like there's no way to avoid paying for games you might already own.
It's (of course ?) much better to pay for the big Birthday Bundle, rather than buying TS1 and TS2 separately.

The system requirements will require some looking up for hardware-illiterate me, but it seems decent at first glance.

You know a game is sh*t when you're more excited about the re-release of its previous iterations than about new content.

Anyway, in honor of the 25th anniversary of the franchise, EA has re-released (...for a price, of course) all games and packs of TS1 and TS2 !

There is a bundle with both games, or you can get these classic games separately.

It's an isometric 2D view of a large manor, with a pool in the back, and colorful furniture that can be seen because the roof is disabled. The mannor sits on a lot of green grass and is surrounded by some pines and bushes.
