With all the modern gravel yards, they become rare: old roses with their exuberant beauty and scent.

A half climbing rose like a waterfall of flowers over a wooden fence. The rose starts with dark pink buds, opens in brighter pink and loses the colour with age. The oldest flowers are nearly white. Possibly a Noisette-rose.

My tiny pond is not looking healthy anymore and I am making plans to make another one. I'm glad someone stayed and seeing this little one today made me smile and call the girls to see. Not sure if that is comfortable, but he seemed to be asleep.

(I am not sure who is right and who is left, the identifying marks are hard to see).

The spring blossoms are almost gone. It was only 14°C today and quite windy. Today's timeline cleanser was from last year because I was working a lot the last few weeks. It was fun making the kids happy. Sadly I didn't have the time to enjoy much nature because of that. Saved this one for you all
