It would benefit all #Firefox-based browsers if #TorBrowser implemented privacy-preserving #VerticalTabs.
(Size-adjustable sidebars inevitably resize the viewport, resulting in odd widths which make you stand out more.)
Of course, Tor could decide to just rely on ugly letterboxing in order to circumvent #fingerprinting, but other browsers might be more willing to copy a better-looking design where the sidebar gently snaps to the nearest multiple of 10px while resizing: https://social.tchncs.de/@pixelcode/113214817002494804

In other words, the user is free to resize the viewport to something like 1173 px, making them easier to track across websites. The solution would be to make the sidebar gently snap to the nearest multiple of 10 px while resizing, e.g.:
1173 px ➡️ 1170 px
1217 px ➡️ 1220 px
1004 px ➡️ 1000 px
