Cerstin Mahlow<p>I just realized: in the courtroom scenes of “Witness for the Prosecution” (1957, by Agatha <a href="https://mastodon.acm.org/tags/Christie" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Christie</span></a> and Billy <a href="https://mastodon.acm.org/tags/Wilder" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Wilder</span></a> with Marlene <a href="https://mastodon.acm.org/tags/Dietrich" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Dietrich</span></a>), the justices are referred to as “the Queen's justices.” And this queen was The Queen, Elizabeth II!</p><p>For the first time, I recently saw the movie and the current “head” wouldn’t be her anymore, but her son. That’s strange!</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.acm.org/tags/WitnessForTheProsecution" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>WitnessForTheProsecution</span></a><br>1/n</p>
