It's not about the ads, they would fucking know how to use their own damn CPU (and not mine) to embed the correct ads. No, they are purposely making firefox <a href="https://yewtu.be/watch?v=v4gXhmzQztE" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">SLOWER THAN CHROME.</a>Guess what, I'm running Linux, so I'm fucked, right?If I try spoofing the browser, horrible artifacts come up and it's still slow.I don't want my damn computer CPU usage to shoot through the roof, I only want to download a damn video!567 blocked ad requests, how the fuck... how the fuck is that even possible? And I can't even hide or disable the god damn sidebar to make things go a tiny bit faster.Well I've had it. I added invidious to my homepage, and guess what.It. Fucking. Works!My laptop fan is SILENT. At this point I really don't know why youtube is so damn expensive so that it has to serve you so many damn ads. THE AD SCRIPTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS CONSUME MOST OF THE BANDWIDTH AND CPU!Youtube has stopped being usable at this point. It's become a saturated 12-lane American highway. No, it's worse.
