TIL that TU Delft alumnus Jakoba Mulder, was the architect of my beloved 'Amsterdamse Bos' park. In 1926 she was the first female graduate of the TU Delft urban design program.

> When she won a fire station design competition after graduation, her anonymously submitted design was praised for its 'masculine toughness.' The surprise was great when it turned out that the maker was a woman.

She is now officially my favourite #tudelft alumnus.
