We're making #cabbage rolls for supper! Overdue to use up a head of cabbage, but it still looks pristine anyway.

Cabbage has got to be among the vegetables with the longest, seemingly indefinite, shelf lives… in a fridge anyway.

Alas this one is only a week or two old. I have had some prodigious multi-month ones that were perfectly fine.

@CStamp #Cabbage rolls are delish! There was a Hungarian place we used to go to, that served amazing cabbage rolls in a savory tomato-y, onion-y and paprika sauce. Used All the Bread to mop it up. Good #Winter fare.

Something new for August 20, 2024. A cabbage that had about 3 lbs or 1.3 kg usable. It was in the shade under the cucumbers and the biggest but also the favorite for the bugs and things.

A bucket or so of tomatoes, 5 cucumbers, and a bunch of melons.

If anyone has lost a cabbage, you might find it in a nearby patch of partially grassy soil.
