At least 404 Palestinians have been killed and 562 others wounded in the latest wave of Israeli attacks across Gaza, according to the enclave’s Health Ministry.
The latest update said a number of victims were still under the rubble, and efforts were under way to recover them.

At least 232 Palestinians have been killed in Israel air attacks on Gaza that started at around 02:30 local time (00:20 GMT), shattering the ceasefire with Hamas.
The Israeli attacks hit dense urban areas, makeshift schools, residential buildings, and areas sheltering displaced people in tents.
The White House confirmed that President Trump was consulted ahead of the Israeli attack.

Among those who were found as victims during the attack were newborn babies, children, women and the elderly – alongside also these top-ranked Hamas leaders who have been confirmed killed during these air strikes.
The attacks were carried out simultaneously without prior warning in areas that have been designated as safe humanitarian zones, including al-Mawasi.
The Gaza Government Media Office reports that more than 200 people have been killed in the Israeli bombing of multiple areas across the Strip in the early hours of the morning.
Death toll rises to 170
Medical sources have told Al Jazeera that at least 170 people have been killed in Israeli raids on the Gaza Strip, including 78 in the southern parts of the Strip.
