Petit factory reset avant d'envoyer le #Pixel5 en #SAV... Après avoir bien galéré à tenter de restaurer le #bootloader à la main, je découvre flash.android.com où #Google commande le mobile directement depuis #Chromium...

Donc un navigateur (dans sa version open-source) permet de flasher un mobile connecté par un simple câble USB à un ordinateur sous #Linux sans même me demander d'installer #ADB ou autre connecteur... Un navigateur, c'était pas fait pour afficher du web, à la base ??? 😱😱😱

Speaking of Ungoogled Chromium, there are three flags you might want to enable:

chrome://flags/#fingerprinting-canvas-image-data-noise
chrome://flags/#fingerprinting-canvas-measuretext-noise
chrome://flags/#fingerprinting-client-rects-noise

These flags are specific to #Ungoogled #Chromium (borrowed from Bromite) and decept some fingerprinting techniques.

Sometimes I think that the load on my #RaspberryPi is quite extraneous, at least if I view it from the perspective of my blog. In other words, by my blog failing to load, it seems like my Raspberry Pi is overloaded.

However, this appears not to be the case. In fact, pulling up htop shows that only one core is active at ~2-3%, with other cores active at < 1% if active at all. Additionally, RAM usage is at 413M out of 907M total, so while RAM usage is more notable than CPU usage, it certainly isn't a concern for right now.

The only conclusion I can make as to why my #WriteFreely blog fails to load for the most part is simply its network capabilities, which appear to be the bottle neck here. However, another interesting characteristic is that, in my testing, my blog seems to work better in #Chromium-based browsers (the CSS actually loads) compared to #Firefox-based browsers (the CSS does not load until after a bunch of refreshes or something). That I'm still trying to figure out, but on the other hand, it seems to be federating properly, so that's good.

Finally, I am aware that I lost a few posts from my blog. I don't know what happened ultimately, but it appears that my file server failed to update at some point, and then when I finally made a manual, I forgot to backup the system as its running in diskless mode.
