To think #Serres' post-polis, we will then lack #Proudhon's critiques of #politics and #Marx and #Polanyi's critiques of the #merchant.
@sz_duras The violence of imperial centers is inseparable from the coloniality of power (#Quijano) : as long as force structures the world-system, any illusion of peaceful overcoming remains futile. To think post-politics (#Serres) is to aim for the real decolonization of the centers of world capitalism, its metropolises and its imaginaries.

The real #critique should not focus only on #capital or the #state, but on the very matrix of #modernity / #coloniality itself, as #Escobar, #Lugones, #Mbembe, and #Mignolo argue. Only at this level can we hope for true #decolonization of #knowledge, #institutions, and #subjectivities.
