Possibly because it's the first food I've had in 36 hours! 😂 I habitually opened the fridge so many times yesterday - only to disappointedly shut it again... Combined with *the preparation* [shudder], it's very good for rapid weight loss, but not a diet I'll continue to follow...🙄</p><p>And a drink that isn't lemonade or water? Dinah's Colonoscopy Prep Plan For Non-awfulness

Big picture: you'll be on the toilet a long time the night before; make it comfortable. This doesn't have to be terrible and it is super duper worth it.

1. Schedule as little as possible for day C minus 1. Probably you won't be doing prep until evening, so work should be fine, but avoid having deliveries that might come when you're the only one who could answer the door.

Ah yeah, that bottle of the prep solution, the devil's gatorade, with the warning label that said "you must rehydrate frantically while drinking this, or you'll die!"

Memory of monopolizing the bathroom, stuck on the throne, cursed by greek gods to Sisyphean task.

But, hey, funniest story I heard, was about someone who started drinking the #colonoscopy prep solution before they started driving on their commute through slow stop-and-go traffic!

"Didn't you used to have a Prius?"
