Derrière la question du déclassement, il y a cette idée d'une forme de mensonge social sur la méritocratie à la républicaine et sur la hiérarchie sociale. Une forme de délégitimation que l'on observe dans le vote des fonctionnaires, qui votent de plus en plus à droite. Il y a une dislocation des corporatismes, des professionnalités, au profit d'une forme de précarisation managériale qui rend la pratique des métiers très difficile, qui génère des violences avec les usagers et qui rend finalement les salariés victimes d'un système qui ne contrôle absolument plus rien.
