I’m not usually superstitious, BUT I’ve just lost an hour before the last 4-hour #eMTB ride of the year to a flat front tire. My new manometer Michelin pump did not work. Then my battery-powered pump died before the patched inner tube could be fully inflated. Last but not least, the battery of the GPS where my trace was stored suddenly died and is recharging.
If I go now I know the sun will set before I am done because sunset is at 5:05pm today.

I took a lot longer because there were a lot of photos to take and a lot of strawberry trees to snack from. The whole ride was really nice. But muddy.
The part I preferred is what I call magic forest.
