Some of my first cat sketches with my fude nib fountain pen!

Made the evening into a fountain pen care one, cleaning, reinking... Now life can go on, right?

JetPens has Diamine Forever inks in stock and they're the first I've seen with a good comparison swatch (attached, be sure to click to embiggen and see them all). Also lots of water resistance test results, which look great.

Cherry Red and Tiger Lily are close but Cherry Red leans pink-ish while Tiger Lily leans Orange-ish.

Still not sure which I might want, but at least this will make deciding easier.

Here it is, the new Kaweco x Papier & Stift collaboration. Inked with my sample of Ancient Song Offering Incense (https://www.fountainpencompanion.com/brands/19-ancient-song/inks/2375-ancient-song-offering-incense) which is a good match. Silver shimmer would have been better, but still good!

Had a lovely pen meet in Ghent, Belgium. Very nice cafe, that offered us plenty of space.

And it wasn't planned, but I got myself a new pen ! Kindly offered by one members of the pen club. A good deal that couldn't be ignored

I really enjoy the Pilot Kaküno. Especially the new Madoromi colors. This is the light blue. And with the CON-70 the pen is heavy enough to feel much nicer than what it costs.

My only issue is that M is the broadest nib. Sure, there are the italic nibs you can use, but those are too sharp for me (as a leftie). BUT you can get Wing Sung fude nibs that fit! That makes the pen perfect for me.

Sketching some of my favorite birds, ravens and crows! I used my favorite fude nib fountain pen, the Jinhao 159.

I like big fins and I cannot lie! I'm super busy today, so just a quick Merdude done in the Pelikan Golden Lapis and Rose Quartz. The Lamy ABC and the Twisbi Eco respectively.

I usually wait a bit after a pen release to buy it. But it's sparkly Kaweco Sport!

Leo que hoy es #juevesdeestilograficas y quiero aprovechar de la más modesta de las Faber-Castell que tengo, y a mí modo de ver la mejor de ellas. No hablemos ya de relación calidad/precio.
La Grip es una pluma económica (me costó menos de veinte euros ahora creo que está algo más cara) que hace honor a su nombre con un agarre cómodo y suave, que lleva un plumín F excelente, nada que envidiar a otros modelos mas caros, es de un material resistente y usa cartuchos universales.
Ahora la tengo entintada con tinta Lamy Chrystal "Agate" (gris) y se desliza por el papel de maravilla con el flujo de tinta correcto. No la uso a diario, pero nunca me la he encontrado seca o ha sufrido interrupciones.

¡Por fin es #juevesdeestilograficas! Hoy le toca el turno a la que podría denominar mi pluma de diario, la que siempre llevo encima.

Es una Kaweco Brass Sport que, como su propio nombre indica, está hecha de latón lo que le da un aspecto único según va avanzado el tiempo con el pequeño efecto secundario de dejar un extraño olor metálico en las manos tras usarla.

Es de las pocas plumas que siempre tengo con la misma tinta, una Diamine Grey muy sobria y que da la sensación casi de haber escrito a lápiz.

Me encanta porque es pequeñita y la puedes llevar casi en cualquier lado pero cuando la usas tiene un tamaño normal y es tan cómoda como cualquier otra. Además es bastante pesada para su tamaño y resulta muy agradable al sujetarla.

Posiblemente la única pega que le puedo poner es que el adaptador tiene muy poca capacidad debido a su tamaño y hay que recargarla más a menudo de lo habitual.

Una de mis plumas favoritas para el día a día.

Some cat sketches using my fountain pen with a fude nib! Absolutely love the thick and thin lines, and the juicy ink!

I saw a video once where the guy cleaned a stained fountain pen using a dark Sailor (I think!) ink.
I cannot find that again. Anyone have that info?
