1.) Fallstreak holes ("hole-punch clouds, formed when airplane exhaust causes clouds to "precipitate out")
2.) Shelf cloud tendrils forming with moisture from a lake
3.) Scud clouds, random bits of cloud that form near the ground and (usually) drift upwards toward the cloud.

Our #lilies have started to #flower just as the UK #monsoon season has kicked off.

Apparently, some parts of Englandshire have had a month's worth of #rain in one day... that's nice.

We sometimes have a month's worth of #sunlight in one day here in #Wales. Marvelous.

Meanwhile, in the moist and humid undergrowth, our lilium 'Pan' has flowered.

The colour is a pale & #ghostly tan crossed with #dead #salmon and splattered #blood spots.

Yes, I think I like it. 😊

"A Ghostly Ritual - Winter version"

One out of a seasonal series. Shooting the tree this way turned out to be quite tricky and special equipment was needed.

After several attempts with wide-angle lenses and panoramas, I succeeded with an extreme 9mm rectilinear lens. Despite the wide angle, I still had to focus stack because the foreground is so close.
