Three Good Things

1. A very nice person found the wife’s phone (which was lost during a campus orientation for the youngest), then brought it to a lost and found.
2. A solar panel for each camera means I don’t have to climb a ladder every few days to change batteries.
3. Three Garter snakes spotted yesterday while working outside.

Today I was grateful for delightful company

So great to be at the Malden Senior Center to teach my SPARTA Strength Class for ages 65-95, all abilities, since returning from Ukraine! I was so touched by all the inspiration, delicious cookies, and warm hugs!

Back home from volunteering in Ukraine and incredibly grateful to be coaching my rockstar online clients again! They inspire me everyday.

Today’s workout featured a killer variation of the old-school mountain climber. Try it at home or the gym for a serious core burn!
