En tant que magistrate, si elle avait des soupçons sur d'éventuels faits de harcèlement moral, elle n'avait pas la possibilité mais le devoir de signaler les faits au titre de l'article 40 au procureur. Elle ne peut pas ne pas l'ignorer. Son discours envers les victimes semble donc insincère.
