After years of dithering, I am in the middle of cycling the #Hebrides Way from #Barra to #Lewis, the purple line on the map. As much as the islands are fascinating I am v disappointed by the level of fast road traffic. This is especially true now that I have reached #Harris. On the mainland I would strenuously avoid such roads. Some sections have been truly lovely, especially Barra, #Eriskay & the s parts of S Uist, but as a package I would hesitate to recommend the route. #cycling #biketoot

Do you unconditionally support genocide, #apartheid, #ethniccleansing and #occupation or not? During the brief campaign Harris made it clear that she wanted to see dead Palestinians. Walking that one back is going to take effort.

@Greengordon @benroyce @me_valentijn @mls14 @heidilifeldman my point is that those who didn't vote under the pretense that this ain't gonna help Palestinians are #UsefulIdiots because that election wasn't just about that but because everyone knows that #Trump and his goons want a jewish ethnostate for their feverdream of Armagheddon.

  • And I kid you not, #Evangelical #Christofacists like #CUFI from the #USA's #BibleBelt outnumber Jews globally, so if any conspiracy were true (they ain't but for the sake of argument), it's that the USA is in control of Israel and not the other way around.

I know the #US system is shit, but since noone has the balls to replace it with something better, people have to choose the "#LesserEvil" and #Harris / #Waltz are that by a long shot ( I wished for #Sanders / #OcasioCortez [#AOC] but alas I never was eligible to vote and I also know both of them never had a chance cuz corporate donors hate #based candidates like them!)

1: #Trump’s claim that Harris paying Springsteen is illegal is incorrect based on campaign finance laws. Campaigns can pay for performances at events, and there’s no evidence suggesting #Harris’s campaign violated FEC rules.

2: There’s no basis in campaign finance law to suggest that paying #Beyoncé, Oprah, or Bono for campaign-related services is illegal, as long as the payments are reported and reasonable.
