Swede’s Photographs<p>Hunter’s Gaze</p><p>A few years ago, a Cooper’s hawk (Accipiter cooperii) settled on a limb overlooking my backyard bird feeders, surveying the scene with a hunter’s precision. I wanted to capture a close-up of its intense stare - an unyielding gaze that speaks of stealth and dominance.
