Actualités, événements, histoire, bienfaits. conseils et motivation.<p><strong>10ème Championnat de France Longe Côte : 7 et 8 juin 2025 à Sète</strong></p><p><strong>La ville de Sète (Hérault) accueille la 10ème édition du championnat de France de longe côte du</strong> <strong>6 au 8 juin 2025</strong>, un événement majeur qui rassemblera l’élite du longe côte tricolore venue s’affronter sur des épreuves exigeantes, mêlant vitesse et endurance. <strong>Organisé par la FFRandonnée en partenariat avec les comités Occitanie et Hérault ainsi que le club Sète Escapade</strong>, ce rendez-vous sportif verra plusieurs évolutions marquantes pour cette nouvelle olympiade.</p><p><strong><strong>Des nouveautés au programme pour une compétition toujours plus intense</strong></strong></p><p>Pour cette édition anniversaire, le <strong>championnat de France de longe côte</strong> innove avec <strong>plusieurs évolutions majeures dans ses épreuves :</strong></p><ul><li><strong>un 800m solo à mains nues</strong> offrant une nouvelle épreuve d’endurance individuelle,</li><li><strong>un relais mixte des clubs (4x50m, pagaie simple)</strong>, réunissant deux femmes et deux hommes pour un format plus inclusif et spectaculaire,</li><li><strong>la création du 1er championnat de France de trail-longe côte</strong>, avec un parcours de <strong>7 km pour les juniors à masters 4</strong> et <strong>3 km pour les minimes/cadets</strong>, une discipline en plein essor dans les régions maritimes.</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Un week-end de compétition et de performances</strong></strong></p><p>Les épreuves qualificatives et finales du <strong>50m, 200m, 400m et 800m</strong> se dérouleront <strong>le samedi sur la plage de la Baleine</strong>, tandis que les finales des <strong>4x50m relais mixte et le trail longe côte</strong> auront lieu <strong>le dimanche matin sur la plage du Lazaret</strong>.</p><p><strong>Vendredi 6 juin : entraînements</strong>/reconnaissance du lieu de compétition sur les plages de la Baleine et du Lazaret, suivi de la <strong>distribution des dossards</strong>.</p><p><strong>Samedi 7 juin : Plage de la Baleine – ouverture du 10ème championnat de France</strong></p><p><strong> 7h00 / 13h00 : </strong> – </p><ul><li>8h00 – 800m mains nues</li><li>-9h00 – 200m main nues</li><li>10h00 – 50m solo pagaie simple</li><li>11h30 – 400 binôme libre</li></ul><p>13h00 : cérémonie protocolaire de remise des médailles pour les épreuves par catégorie d’âge</p><p><strong>14h25/19h30 :</strong></p><ul><li>Quarts de finales 50m solo pagaie simple </li><li>Demi-finales 200m solo mains nues</li><li>Finale mass start à 4 : 800m mains nues </li><li>Demi-finales 50m solo pagaie simple</li><li>Petite finale et finale 200m solo mains nues- Petite finale et finale 50m solo pagaie mains nues</li><li>Eliminatoire 4×50 mixte pagaie simple</li></ul><p><strong>Dimanche 8 juin : Plage du Lazaret</strong></p><p>8h25 /10h30 : </p><ul><li>Quarts de finales 4x50m mixte pagaie simple</li><li>Demi- finales 4x50m mixte pagaie simple</li><li>Petite finale 4x50m mixte pagaie simple</li><li>Finale 4x50m mixte pagaie simple</li></ul><p><strong>10h30 : Trail longe côte</strong></p><p>13h00 : Cérémonie protocolaire de remise des médailles pour l’épreuve trail longe côte par catégorie d’âge et au scratch pour toutes les épreuves.</p><p>Au-delà des performances individuelles et collectives,<strong> des titres de champions de France seront décernés dans toutes les épreuves ainsi qu’en catégories d’âge chez les femmes, les hommes et en mixtes pour le 400m. Un classement général désignera également les cinq meilleurs clubs </strong>qui monteront sur le <strong>podium de la Coupe de France des clubs.</strong></p><p><strong><strong>Un événement accessible à tous</strong></strong></p><p>Ce championnat s’adresse à un large public, de 12 à plus de 70 ans, et inclut des épreuves sur 50 et 200m avec guides pour les sportifs en situation de déficience visuelle. L’organisation s’étendra sur trois jours avec une journée préparatoire le vendredi 6 juin, incluant l’accueil des participants, des séances d’entraînement, un briefing formation arbitrale et l’installation d’un village partenaires sur la plage de la Baleine.</p><p><strong><strong>Un événement en pleine croissance</strong></strong></p><p>En 2024, <strong>419 compétiteurs issus de 53 clubs</strong> s’étaient retrouvés à Hauteville-sur-Mer pour le championnat de France. Avec l’ajout de nouvelles épreuves, l’édition 2025 devrait accueillir près de <strong>460 longeurs et une centaine d’accompagnateurs</strong>, confirmant ainsi l’essor du volet compétitif de la discipline.</p><p><strong><strong>Un 10ème anniversaire à célébrer ensemble !</strong></strong></p><p>Pour marquer cette édition spéciale, le public est chaleureusement invité à venir <strong>encourager les athlètes et vibrer au rythme de leurs performances</strong> sur les plages de <strong>Sète</strong>.
