📚️ TuxGuitar is a libre, multi-platform tool for editing and playing (via the FluidSynth software synthesizer) multi-track scores and tablatures (typically guitar). It supports import in PTB (PowerTab), GTP, GP3, GP4, GP5 and GPX (GuitarPro), MIDI and TEF (TablEdit) formats, and export in AU (Audio), WAV, AIF, LY (Lilypond, via a plugin), XML (MusicXML) and MIDI formats. It also supports automatic movement of the view while listening, the addition of effects (bend, slide, vibrato, hammer-on/pull-off), and skins.

📚️ Wasted! is a libre, multi-platform vehicle combat game in arenas and online, inspired by GTA Derby Destruction. It's also possible to train solo on the track. It currently (in development) offers 2 circuits, 6 vehicles, several soundtracks (radios to which the player connects), high-quality graphics, gamepad support and force feedback. Each vehicle has its own characteristics (speed, roadholding thanks to a physics engine), a nitro mode (for lightning acceleration) and can be customized (color). A very good and promising game.

It focuses on more precise emulation of DOS and its hardware environment, and adds support for Windows 9x (Windows 3.x, 95, 98, ME). The aim is to provide complete, accurate emulation covering all pre-2000 hardware scenarios. This allows retro-programming with the certainty that the program will run on real hardware. In particular, it offers internationalization (such as the French keyboard), and by supporting the mouse, it allows numerous parameter settings without leaving its interface, such as disk mounting, system configuration (such as emulation speed or emulated sound hardware), and even state saving.

📚️ ROTA is a libre & multi-platform gravity bending puzzle platformer, in an open world. The player moves freely from one level to another via doors. Some of them can only be unlocked by collecting one of the 50 gems disseminated on the way. In order to progress, the player must assimilate and use the mechanisms that govern the world of ROTA - in particular the automatic rotation - or not (in which case it is the fall/death or the impossibility of progressing in a direction) when he approaches the edge of a platform. On some levels, gravity blocks can be moved to help the player progress (overcoming obstacles).

📚️ Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup is a libre, multi-platform solo (local/online) RPG derived from Linley Henzell's Dungeon Crawl RPG, featuring exploration and treasure hunting in dungeons infested with belligerent monsters, with the ultimate quest to seize the fabulous Orb of ZOT, located somewhere in its depths. It provides plenty of species and characters to play as, deep tactical gameplay, sophisticated magic, a system of religions and skills, and an impressive bestiary to fight or flee from, making each game unique and perilous. It is a reference RPG, continuously updated for years.

🕶️ A view of its UI during a 4-player online game (of Magic: The Gathering) I attended as a spectator. The main part of the UI is divided into 4, showing for each player the cards placed on the mat and its parameters. On the right-hand side of the UI, several zones (which can be detached from the UI), including Card Info (the spectator can select a card on the mat with a mouse hover to read it better), Player List (selecting a player also opens a menu with actions on that player, such as chat, add to friends list, view games, etc.), Messages (from the UI specifying player actions). At the top of the UI, tabs allow you to build a Deck by selecting cards online, view Servers by game type, view Replays, attend (and participate in?) several games simultaneously.

📚️ Cockatrice is a libre, multi-platform virtual tabletop card game (on a client/server model) whose (server-based) design prevents users from manipulating the game to gain an unfair advantage. Features include Deck design (cards downloaded from the interface), a well-designed lobby client allowing different types of game (Magic: The Gathering, Poker, Pokemon, YuGiOh, Hearthstone) with or without spectators, tabbed navigation between multiple games, chat, replay of games, offline solo play, themes, sound effects (deactivatable). Excellent!

📚️ Pioneer is a libre, multi-platform, solo, open world, open-ended, space adventure game in the spirit of Frontier: Elite 2, whose environment is our galaxy in the 33st century, with millions of star systems to explore. The player can land on the planets, slingshot past gas giants, and burn when flying between binary star systems. He can choose to be a peaceful adventurer, a pirate, a bounty hunter or a mining operator, and performing all kinds of missions for various factions. Its a high quality game developed by an army of talented people since 2008.
