Comic in vier Panels in blauen gelben Farbtönen. Der Comic handelt von mir, einer Comiczeichnerin mit wilden gelockten Haaren und dem Fuchs, ihrem besten Freund. 
Erstes Panel: Ich liege im Bett, sehe sehr zermürbt aus. Über mir ist eine Gedankenbubble mit den Worten: Albträume, Trauma Flashbacks, Dunkle Gedanken.

Zweites Panel:  Ich sitze am Arbeitstisch und zeichne am Tablet. Sehe ängstlich aus, über mir ist eine Gedankenblase mit dunklen Wirbeln, darin steht: Imposter Syndrom, Deadline Druck, Existenzangst.

Drittes Panel: Ich sitze am Tisch und scrolle am Handy. Die dunklen Wirbel sind jetzt viel Größer und wie ein zweiter Schatten hinter mir, ich sehe komplett panisch aus. In meiner Gedankenblase steht: Krieg, Angst, Pandemie, Elend, Panik, Tod, Hilflosigkeit, Klmawandel.

Viertes Panel: Der Fuchs und ich machen einen Frühlingsspaziergang. Der Fuchs hält ein Waffeleis in der Pfote, es fliegt ein Vogel vorbei. Der Fuchs sagt: Was für ein schöner Frühlingstag, oder? Vielleicht… Seine Sprechblase wird überdeckt von meiner, die sehr dunkel ist und in der nur AAAARK steht. Ich bin inzwischen nur noch ein Wirbel aus dunklen Schatten mit roten Augen.
