To which the answer would be either to attract in <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/capital" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>capital</span></a> or for the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/uk" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>uk</span></a> to find the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/capital" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>capital</span></a> itself. One form of <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/endogenousgrowththeory" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>endogenousgrowththeory</span></a> suggests that the latter strategy would work well. Interpreting fiscal rules to enable it would make sense!</p>
