Last year, after a media beat-up, the Australian Labor Party amputated the construction division of the #CFMEU and placed it in shackles.
The A.C.T. branch was largely left alone, and Michael Hiscox the head of the branch attempted to carry on representing his members, in spite of the extra boot on the neck.
