Knowing that nobody is alone when being overwhelmed or feeling bad because of these crazy times. And we have *every* right to do something for our well-being or saying no. 2. It helps to come into small action for not feeling as if being at the mercy of external circumstances: Find a community for not being alone. Try to find something that you love. Can be gardening for pollinators, local volunteering. Small drops make a sea. I give you

A fair number of folks which I know - actively ignore information sources, solely because they have their own beliefs which were derived from the "sources" they already follow and those sources are not so great. But the people fully trust them and do not seek out corroboration, so they never leave that circle.

100% believing sources is the easy path... "They must be right... they are on TV, they publish newspapers..."

Maybe I like foggy views because many things are so unclear. Controlling uncertainties while doing lot of work "to get in there". Today I felt my heart is going to explode but it went past. I kind of am a bit jealous those people "like machines", so little movement or feeling in them or in their life. Balance is nice though. My dog scared an autistic boy today, barking because he was moving differently. I was mad to her, and we waited quietly and still his reaction of overwhelming going past. After he was long gone we continued our walk.
