Those were all classic push-ups, and in bad form. This year's are all declines, pikes, and handstand push-ups. Dallman Ross<p>Where I feel these most is in my brachioradiales (anterior radial forearm, plural)—not, surprisingly, my quads. Halfway through, they're screaming and I want to stop. But then, miraculously, the urgent ache goes away! I'm not sure what the mechanism is there.
