I’m a day late for #SilentSunday but it was cold and rainy here in the north woods last weekend. Today it was a bit warmer and very calm. I shot this picture from my front porch looking out on a glass-smooth lake and boat dock that needs a fresh coat of stain. The deciduous trees are just starting to leaf out so the view is less restricted than it will be later this summer. This is my happy place.

The little one who sits on my streetlight and sings to me when I'm out gardening
