I have been using the #Moodle #STACK #maths related question intensely over the last few months. I had idly thought that it would be good to have an automated way of giving inputs and prts “sensible names”, i.e. instead of ans1, ans2 etc I could rename the input fields with things like width, area and have all references updated appropriately.

It turns out that the feature already exists under the menu Tidy inputs and PRT’s, wonderful!

This animation shows a #Moodle quiz using the #STACK #Maths question type on a #MoodleBox . The #GoeMaxima back end is running under docker on the same machine which is a #RaspberryPi 5 with 8GB of ram.

Woaw! Enormous change in #Dart. Since Dart SDK v.3.4.0, Dart now uses a standard calling convention where the first few arguments are passed in specific registers, and the remaining ones on the stack.

Reminder: Dart used to pass all arguments on the #stack before that, and it disturbed many #disassemblers.

In the screenshot below, 3 arguments are passed to nextGame: this (x1), a string (x2) and another string (x3).
