Hace un tiempo conocí eXoDOS, una biblioteca de más de 7000 juegos para DOS compilados y configurados para correr con DOSBox, con una interfaz gráfica para organizarlos.
Lo malo era que esa interfaz estaba sólo disponible para Windows, y era lentísima. Cuando intenté usarla con Wine, la lentitud se multiplicó varias veces al punto de ser inusable.
Pero finalmente sacaron un patch para Linux, que trae una interfaz un poco más limitada que la de Windows pero es super liviana, y permite hacer lo más importante, que es correr los juegos y consultar manuales y otros documentos asociados a los juegos.

@angusm the reboot is nothing like the original. The original was a single player FPS with some multiplayer modes. The reboot is a pvp only extraction shooter.
I loved Marathin back in the day too, but I have no interest in this. I wish they would have used a new IP instead of rebooting Marathon with a completely different type of game.
I have never really been a gamer, but about once a decade I get addicted to a videogame & play it obsessively. The original “Marathon” was one such, in large part because of its clever storytelling & wry humor.
Will the reboot be my addiction for the 2020s?

Allez, c'est officiel, je le lâche au bout de 40h, je suis bloquée car j'ai accepté une mission d'entente que je n'arrive pas à terminer, à moins de farmer comme une malade (alors que j'ai autre chose à faire) et je ne peux pas continuer la quête principale tant que je n'ai pas terminé cette mission.
Rien que ce principe m'exaspère, il ne laisse aucune liberté au joueur/joueuse donc tchao bye Xeno
