I spent last week with the UBC IRSS lab (https://irsslab.forestry.ubc.ca) on their annual retreat learning about their exceptional research and sharing mine. It was a highlight of my summer and an honor to be invited to attend. #EOChat
I left the retreat exhausted, of course, but also inspired by everyone’s work. I also was reminded of the importance of celebrating each other in science, the UBC IRSS lab is amazing at that! Thank you all for welcoming me into your lab for the week!

Which Sentinel-2 tile ? A tool I've just developed to visualize the extent of a given Sentinel-2 tile.
For the moment, it allows the tile parameter in url, which can be multiple.

ECMWF has a request for information on European capabilities for generation of CDRs from #satellite observations. Deadline 30th June
Question to any #opendatacube people. Is there any #earthobservation or for that matter #geospatial data that I couldn't load into a cube? From what I read here https://opendatacube.org/what-odc-can-do 'Any data available to you can be installed to your cube, including commercial, in situ, or derived products.' Has anyone experience otherwise? Any experiences/comments very welcome. I ask as I'm interested in known limitations / and want to attempt to answer why shouldn't there be a UK opendatacube? #eochat
